total body cleanse
Jennifer is the latest star said to try out the new baby food fad diet. The diet created by celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson involves 14 portions of pureed (baby) food each day followed by a healthy adult dinner. It seems to be working for Jen who looks better than ever and it rumored to have lost weight while working on a new film in Hawaii.
Tracy told Hollyscoop.com. quote – ”When you do these liquid cleanses I felt a responsibility to come up with something. Liquid cleanses do help you lose weight but you will gain more the next week. I wanted something where you can eliminate toxicity, break bad habits but still have your digestive system going. That is when the baby food cleanse was born.”
Tracy is a trainer for stars such as Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow among others. While the diet seems to be working for Jen and looks inviting be sure to check out all the facts and get educated with any diet plan. While some of these plans work for celebrities they may not be effective for the average person if we don't receive all of the necessary information.
These new fad diets are one of many that Hollywood stars have tried in the past including the 21 hour cleanse, the raw food diet, Oprah's Bob Green ”Total Body Makeover” and more.
Celebrities and diets are popular with on line gossip columns, magazines and newspapers. The stars are always in the spotlight, and more often it's about what they look like more than what their next project is. One Hollywood's obsession is how to lose weight quickly, the next diet fad, or how to get in shape for the red carpet.
While we can learn from these diets remember that many of these celebrities have access to trainers, free products, nutritionists and sometimes they can receive endorsements on products.
It is said that Jennifer wanted to get in shape for her new movie role. Her diet includes fruit smoothies, pureed oatmeal with pears and cinnamon, soups containing dandelion greens, and a healthy dinner that includes lean meats, and lots of vegetables. Tracy is said to swear by the plan.
Tracy is about toning your body with exercise and clean eating. This means no oils, processed foods, salt or spices, or unhealthy products. Cleansing your body is all about eating food that is processed through your body easily. Tracy is said that having an effective digestion system will equal a fast and healthy weight loss.
Remember the baby food diet is just a temporary plan to losing weight. Once the diet is completed yo need to go back to eating regular healthy meals and plenty of exercise.
If you are into fad diets this may be one to check out but as always the best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet and have a regular exercise plan.
